Vastian Lore is based in the world of Ulyssia, littered here and there with a bit of the Steampunk/Gaslamp aesthetic and has proven to be a surprise to the writer, so who knows what the reader will discover within the story's pages?

Hello there, this is a potential cover for my upcoming novel, Wolf Born. There's a little playing around room left, but the artwork is pretty much how I want it to look.
This is a dark fantasy containing many various elements, including Steampunk and how someone else's ambition can change a world.
Norarl is a hunter, tracker, warrior, killer. He is all of these things and more, but when Dola changed his eyes and marked him, then the Fate's revealed he was theirs.
I'm planning on getting this story completed before old age sets in...

This is a short story, currently located on my Wattpad page @gregor1180
It was originally a prologue to Wolf Born, but was re-written as a short in order to convey the atmosphere of the world Noral inhabits and to hint at what came before.
"A ragged hole in the horse's chest still bloody sizzled like barely cooked steak. The force of magic had bitten right through the spell-forged steel, killing Adron instantly and trapping Ulyses beneath him."
This short story is also available on Wattpad @gregor1180, and was the result of a competition requesting ideas for an interesting story.
In the end, the winner was @gunterwriting, who gave me an inspiring idea to go with clockwork as the main theme.
